I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, and the TV with great cable was a nice touch. The service was exceptional, they really went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Byward Market, making it easy to walk to all the attractions. The dining options were good, with a huge cafe and tasty choices. Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent value for money.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were large and clean with everything I needed, although there was a slight hiccup with the missed clean-up and coffee on the first day. The friendly service made up for any inconveniences. The location was perfect, right next to the Byward Market and surrounded by great restaurants and attractions. The dining experience was average, with a mini Starbucks providing some options. Overall, a great spot especially for a fun stay exploring Ottawa!

I couldn't have asked for a better location right in the heart of Byward Market and within walking distance to Parliament Buildings and museums. The service was top-notch, especially with Nina at the Bistro, making my stay truly enjoyable.
